Every Flying Flowers gift is guaranteed.

If you have reasonable cause for dissatisfaction with any of our products, Contact Us within 7 days of receipt and we will offer a replacement or refund. To aid our quality control standards customers may be requested to return unsatisfactory goods to enable further examinations to take place. In the unlikely event of availability difficulties we reserve the right to substitute a bouquet with one of equal or greater value.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
